The lug pattern has been updated to improve traction and create more grip, and so the midsole with Allbirds SweetFoam becoming more plush, lighter and more comfortable. The eye-catching heel design, which is more angular than your typical runner, is designed to reduce the weight in the heel while improving the crash pad, while minimizing slippage.
