As the name suggests, it has a narrow fit and small heel cup, however it fits a broad range of shoes thanks to the width of the toe area. It has moderate support and is super flexible, working to increase the energy return to your foot while its cushioning and heel cup maximise comfort and shock absorption and minimise ankle rotation.
