Chalk, Bouldering, & Training

Whether you are just starting out in a gym or bouldering outdoors, or Alex Honnold conquering El Capitan, you are going to need a few essentials: Chalk, Chalk Bags, and put in lots of training, whether it be hand strengthening exercises or even spending time on a slackline in between climbs to work on your balance. Look after your hands with some special balm to stop them getting sore after a day of climbing. Stock up on the essentials, put in the time to train, and get out there and enjoy climbing.
