It resists wind and stays dry during short showers, while working hard to ventilate out body moisture that builds up while you're on the move. The synthetic G-Loft Supreme padding gives extra warmth even in damp conditions, and the jacket proves easy to move around in, with or without a backpack.

Additional features include the pre-shaped sleeves with velcro cuffs, an adjustable drawcord hem and a two-way zipper protected by a protective flap with press buttons at the chin, chest and hem. Practical storage comes in several pockets: two vertical on the chest, and two at the sides – all with over-sized puller zippers for use with gloves. In addition, there are two spacious mesh pockets on the inside, perfect for storing gloves or a hat as the weather warms up.
