With the use of Berghaus body mapping technology insulation is placed in areas of the jacket where the body needs to stay warm such as the core where your organs need protection, and less insulation is put in areas that need to breath and lose heat, like under the arms and the centre of the back, so you stay perfectly warm without overheating.
