Yes - it’s great to know that people are so keen to join our team. Just head to our current vacancies page and apply for any relevant positions that suit your skills.

There are no set stages or timeframes for the selection process; for more senior roles you could find yourself meeting us several times before we reach a final decision (lucky you!). We’re passionate about finding the right person, however long it takes.

We want your experience of the selection process to be a positive one, so we aim to operate as efficiently and effectively as possible at all times.

We know that job hunting can be tough and time-consuming, so we’ll do our best to make quick decisions wherever we can.

We will adapt our interview process depending on the vacancy you’ve applied for.

We use competency-based interviewing, psychometric testing and assessment centres, but there are a other processes we use where necessary. You will be given details of the format when invited for interview.

We have opportunities within almost every field imaginable from a retailer - from finance to creative, to logistics and ski boot fitter. If you’ve got the skills, we’ve got a role for you.

We will only apply for work permits for foreign nationals if there are no suitable candidates who are UK residents or nationals of the European Economic Area.

The British Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 requires that all successful candidates be asked to provide evidence of their immigration status and eligibility to seek work in the UK; we expect you to bring photographic ID and proof of address at interview stage.

The manager interviewing you will then photocopy and sign these documents.

We’re always on the lookout for truly talented individuals who are innovative and who will work together with a team to help us achieve success, contributing to making our company a great place to work.

We seek to hire a cultural mix of people who can offer different but complementary attitudes, values, talents and knowledge, and want to embrace what we call our ‘DNA’.

We understand the importance of appreciating the unique skills, experiences, background and differences that each individual possesses and the need to harness these to ensure the perfect fit.

To support this, we aim to provide rewarding careers and a supportive working environment that provides an opportunity for everyone to showcase their talents, creating the perfect balance of inclusion and individuality.

All of this is key to our journey and helps us to grow and succeed as a team and a business.

Our main Head Office is in the heart of the Cotswolds, near a small town called Malmesbury, but we have over a hundred stores dotted all over the UK and Ireland.

No, unfortunately we cannot offer any reimbursement for expenses you incur attending an interview or an assessment centre.
