The Guide Assist Pro Dry from Edelrid is an 8mm x 30 metre dynamic safety reserve rope for support or for securing a second climber in exposed areas. This rope is primarily for confidence and guidance and is not suitable for use as a single rope or for belaying a lead climber. A Thermo Shield treatment ensure the felxibility of the rope and 3D lap coil technology prevents having problems with twisting. Thanks to the Pro Dry finish, it is permanently water repellent and dirt resistant. It has the UIAA standard which allows for a rope that absorbs less than 2% water.
Caution: Do not use as a single rope or for belaying a lead climbing.
