Delivery Policy

The standard cost of delivery to Ireland is €8, with free delivery on all orders over €49. Orders which exceed 30kg may have a further charge applied, however, we will contact you before doing this. To ensure that we are able to contact you, please check that your personal details in My Addresses are up-to-date. This will also help us to contact you quickly should the carrier be struggling to locate your delivery address.


For delivery to Ireland, please allow 2-4 working days from despatch. If you live in a major city, your parcel should arrive within 5 days, however some remote areas may take up to 7 days to be delivered. We would therefore ask that you wait the full 7 working days before contacting us about your order. The above lead time is an estimate of delivery providing that the items you have ordered are in stock. To get a more accurate estimate of the delivery lead time please refer to the individual product page. DPD will be responsible for your parcel’s journey, from the UK to Ireland, and it will be delivered directly to your chosen delivery address.

Click & Collect (Order Online, Collect In-store)

'Click and Collect (from 1 hour)' is only available for items held in stock in our Dublin or Dundrum stores. Please check individual product pages for this information. Before making a visit to the store, please check its opening hours.


In order to collect your order you will need to provide the following:


  • Your order confirmation (this should have been sent to you by email after confirming your order, alternatively you can log in and navigate to ‘My Account’ then ‘Order Tracking’ where your order number will be displayed)
  • Identification.
  • The credit or debit card that you ordered with.


With our click & collect service you can pick up your new gear, free of charge, from our Dublin or Dundrum stores. All products available for click & collect will have the option available to you during the Checkout process.


Please be aware that we use paper carrier bags, which are free of charge.


Once you have ordered your items...


1. You will receive an email confirming your order with your collection options.

2. You will then receive a second email from your chosen store to confirm when your items are ready to be collected.


Items will be held in store for a maximum of 48 hours from when we email you to confirm your order is ready for collection. However, this may be extended at the store manager discretion. Dublin and Dundrum store opening hours are provided in your confirmation email.

Tracking Your Order

You will be sent a tracking number via e-mail when your order despatches and can use this to follow your parcel’s journey here. If your order has not arrived in 3 days, or if you have any problems tracking your parcel, then please Contact Us.

If you’re not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card with information about how to re-arrange your delivery or pick your parcel up.

Delivery Restrictions

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver gas, cooker fuels, lighting fluids or any knives or bladed items internationally. Some larger items, such as tents and luggage cases, may also have restricted delivery.
